I hope gameloft make this game real good cause last two games SILENT OPS + LETS GOLF 3 WERE HUGE LET DOWNS. PERSONALLY I THINK THEY WILL USE THE UNREAL ENGINE BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALREADY USED THE UNREAL ENGINE ON A GOOD GENRE OF GAMES,SHOOTING, AND ALL THEY NEED TO GET ALOT OF MONEY USE IT ON THIS KIND OF GENRE. THEN THIS GAME WILL LOOK LIKE A REAL GTA GAMS
Like I said before, I think that gameloft will use their own engine that they used for Backstab. And personally, it wouldn't be bad at all. The eye candy in that game was pretty good. The characters and animations were ok, definitely better than Gangstar 2's though. In any case, the graphics should be a big step up.
Gameloft have just wrote to me on youtube: I asked them about gangstar rio retaliation they said to me that stay tuned on their facebook. Look at the comments on real football 12
the game betta have life in the city unlike gangstar miami barely any ppl on streets and buildings we can go inside off such as a safe house and ability to change your clothes and customize ur ride and garage to put ur car and fun side missions such as robbing houses or banks and ability to hire gang members and multiplayer too bad gameloft will never do these things
You expect too much of Gameloft. I'm a fan, but sadly, they often over promise and under deliver. I've learned that FPS' are their top output to the world.

Dude, just buy GTA SA and download MP mod. We will be lucky if Gameloft adds 3 new features. Also multiplayer is confirmed not to be on it.
Wouldn't be too happy if that were true. I guess maybe like in the end of MV where you play as Betty or Johnny.
