not true. near the end of august could mean the 30th or 31st. before the end of august could mean tomorrow OR as far off as the 30th or 31st. im hoping it comes out soon. this, NGMCO FPS, Touch Pets, and Earhworm Jim. those are my most wanted list right now.

Ok, people, Appgamer is just guess because of it's adult content. They don't know. Gameloft has submitted it, so they don't even know. It's up to Apple. It's anyone's guess when it comes out. Could be sooner, could be later. Lets root for sooner.
Mate it has obviosly been submitted. It is stated that it will come out sometime this month, they have opend the website(complete with app store link) and they have released new screen shots ect.

Not to be overtly skeptical, but a game that involves car jacking, pedestrian stomping, gun-toting gangstars may not go down too well with the boys in Apple's approval office." Sounds to me like it's been submitted. And Gang$tar website says "Available on iPhone Appstore", so I think that means they are ready for approval and release...? I dunno, there just seems like a lot of things pointing to its submission that made me think it was. Oh well, more time to develop, I guess.
How is this component of the game different from Payback and Car Jack Streets, which passed approval? I assume it will merely require age 17+ agreement to purchase.

From what I've heard about the game from gamelofts development. Theres not supposed to be any sex, drugs, or high jacking for scrap yards( but there still is high jacking) but this was from when this was first featured on TA so it could have changed...
Well, the last week or so informed us of "harboring prostitutes". The Gang$tar Official Website informs us that you can "sell goods" and I'm pretty sure they aren't talking about candy. The reason why you weren't informed about this earlier is because Gameloft has basically been cycling through betas they've made... Or so it would seem.
