I already posted that a bit ago. But anyway, just be patient, people. They have been and are polishing the game as we speak. And I'm sure the game on release will be worth the wait. However, I hope it's $10, because right now, if it's $11, I'm screwed.
Oh, that's good. It's good to see that you guys have better sales tactic. $7.99, right? That's the second most popular price in the appstore (first one being $.99). So, can you tell us anything else about the final version? Motorcycles? All the weapons we've heard of in previous reviews? I'm only curious about this because you took out the cheats.
Sales tatics , most (or all) app store games are around $0.99-10.00, if you could see how much money a developer makes when the game is cheaper (depends on the gameplay) it will go up, but if the cost is $10.00 straight, the game wouldn't sell much even if it has multiplayer (like in F.A.S.T.), but in the past for Dinosmash ($0.99), and had multiplayer, it sold a lot more than F.A.S.T. (also with multiplayer), then they decided to drop the price from 10.00 to 5.99, sales went a bit higher, then 2.99, and so forth. For example, would you rather buy a game Payback (Grand theft auto clone) with online multiplayer for 2.99, or would you buy Gan$tar for 10.00?
So it's $9.99 (£5.99), right? Whoo! Now I need to find something I can buy with that 1 penny I will save. I can buy one sweet at my local shop - true.
When are you posting from, the 70s? Where I live, a gumball costs 25 times that much. But about the pricing, I think that's possibly what he meant. I first though he meant under ten dollars like under 9.99, but then figured that he might just be being specific or literal.
Yep, the good old 'penny chews'. 1 penny = 1 tiny sweet that tastes like piss. Or if you want, you can buy a 20p bag containing 10 of those litle sweets. Sounds like a bargain to me . Oh, and I am pretty sure that this game is going to cost $9.99/£5.99. In fact, I would bet on it for a bag of penny chews.
man even the name of that "candy" sounds like utter crap. you don't even have to buy one to know what you're getting into. that said, i'd be willing to bet a box of legit chocolates that it's going to debut at 7.99
