Yeah, I'm worried that because this game will contain stuff about prostitutes and rapes... do you guys think Apple will accept this?
Ok, so maybe not the best of examples. But still, being able to see where pedophiles are is a good idea, however it can very easily be abused. Say there is an ex-pedophile, who has realised what he has done wrong and has 'got over' his problem. Then say a bunch of youths form a gang and use this app to go and beat the crap out of him leaving him dead? How would that be? Although I see what you are saying, I just took those two examples from an article I was reading about Apples approval process. A better example would be the baby shaker app. You get my point though.
I think if it was a smaller developer, Apple would say no. I think Apple will approve this because Gameloft is big, and Gameloft would (and is already) make Apple an absolute mint. I am pretty certain that Apple is biased towards the bigger devs, they probably approve them easily because they know that it will make them more money.
Yeah, but wait. Am I talking about the wrong one? That one that Apple said no to, from Google and instead it's now a webapp or something?
I think you may be getting confused. I have the google voice app on my iPhone right now! And anyway, if they hadn't of accepted the app then I can see why - they wouldn't have made any money out of it because it was a free app.
No there was one, I'm sure of it, by Google that got rejected... ugh. can't remember, but anyway, this isn't about Google!! lol. Gameloft FTW.
After Amateur Surgeon and Animals of Mass Destruction... there shouldn't be any problem for approval of Gangstar Them 2 games have many gore, torture and more...
Google Latitude? That was made as a webapp im pretty sure but i didnt know it got rejected by apple as an app. Very excited for this game. I wanna get my free-roam on!
I'm a little confused about something. They replied to knicks9991 because he asked if there would be any cheats. They answered him with "A true gangster does not need to cheat, does he?" like saying there are no cheats. but in the review from Pocketgamer, they say there are cheats. So is Gameloft just trying to keep things hidden?
From their Twitter page: "Yes, Gangstar: West Coast Hustle will be released soon. Wait and see..." The waiting is killing me Would be great if they had an aiming system like Terminator Salvation (which it might have actually).
You mean - swiping your finger across empty screen to look around/aim with a slight auto aim? This game has that And as for a release date, I am going to guess August 22nd.
There are cheats but they are just trying to mess around with him by asking him are you a true gangstar if you need cheats.
I guess it will be released wite soon: my tweet: Their answerw: I guess it could be comming verry soon...
