There's nothing bad about the graphics. The watercolour style is perfect. Apparently some people think calligraphic watercolour/sumi-e style graphics is "bad" since it's different from the 3D shooting-game style graphics they're used to.
Combined with the developer's track record, the graphics are one of the big selling points for me with this game. They're unique. They don't look like every other game out there. How is this a bad thing?
It's not watercolour, it's oriental ink art. The game's art looks great, like the promotional material and the main menu screen, but the in-game graphics look ugly.
Well, I certainly wouldn't agree that the in-game graphics look "ugly", but I do think that Gamevil's games tend to have graphics that look more like "mobile" games as opposed to iDevice games. This goes for Zenonia, Hybrid, etc., but it hasn't stopped my enjoyment of the games. This one, at least, goes with a more unique style.
im not saying it looks bad, but it looks like it has about as much RPG elements as twin blades has. the fighting looks much more deep though. looks like a good game
only saw a tiny black dot sit on crazy horse running around.. and I dont see any point he's playing a game... that's why it target on 2.99... usually a good game from them will be around$ 6.99, and do sale on $4.99. Will this game be mostly fighting random enemy soldiers, or will it be campaign-based, where there are 5 stages and 6 bosses (representing the 5 passes and 6 enemy officers)? Hoping for the latter.
it doesn't look that good to me. i don't know why but it just doesn't look good or really that fun. i couldn't see myself playing this tbh.
it is an old famous cartoon (animation) here on my country and i remember this story from my childhood glad to see it on my hot 3gs
They should at least have a slash cycle action animation when you press the attack button. eg. thrust, right slash, left slash, finisher or something. I understand you have to hold the attack button for the charge and hence have to repeatedly tap the button to attack. This could prove quite tiresome but I'll insta-buy it anyway. Art looks unique and awesome, reminds me of sf4. Also, can't hear any background music. Is there any?

Most likely, the game has already been approved and set for a Friday release. Any developer can do the same.
