I agree. But seriously, I own consoles and I own a PC, what I want titles are titles that take advantage of what the iPad has to offer not ports of games that would play better on their respective native platforms. I can understand turn-based titles, I'll take ports of those all day long as the touch screen works wonders with that style of game, and older DOS/Amiga what-have you titles as well, becuase those also play pretty well with the touch screen, but modern titles, FPS's? Maybe I just don't like those games enough as it is... after all I'd probably buy System Shock if it saw an iOS release, although that game demands little serious accuracy and the inventory would suit a touch screen.
I wish a new Street Fighter IV Volt was released and featured Juri Han, Decapre, Elena and Ibuki or something. I really wanna play as Juri and Ibuki as they are two of my favourite Street Fighter characters next to Sakura and Ken. I also wouldn't mind if they released a Tenchu game for the iOS since that's my favourite stealth game series. I highly doubt it will happen as it's no longer a popular series after a string of poor entries in recent memory.
Shining Force 2 or any of the newer ones. Master of Magic Master of Orion 1 & 2 (starbase orion is close, but not quite there)
Final Fantasy X, and all of those 3-D RPG released for PSP since all of Apple's current line up can play them properly (look at Monsters Hunters).
I miss the turn-based combat and less-ideal options; too much was removed or altered in the name of balance.
Mario. (Platformer & kart) People can argue that the touch screen would ruin the game, but even though it doesn't have as much precision as a controller I still managed to finish the game on GBA4iOS without a problem. It was so much fun. But I would assume that Nintendo will never give up on their platforms
