Obviously we have Terraria and Junk Jack, but I picked up a little freemium title called Pocket Mine where essentially you dig and get various artifacts for your collections. Any other games like this that I'm missing?

Dig! is pretty decent but has a different gameplay, and you can check out the roguelike Rogue Miner.
