I doubt they would have taken it down at all if that is the case. Sadly, no. Titles have changed hands numerous times already so I am 99% sure of myself. But we could double check with a developer if you require a more convincing testimony.

I cant believe that no one has mentioned the original Sim city. EA took it off the app store and replaced it with Sim city deluxe. It really sucks because if you had the original and delete it there's no way to get it back expect forking over 6.99 for the new "deluxe" version.
They removed a really great edition of mastermind by getapp for it's name. I'm still waiting for this to return-it was getting super reviews.
