games I hated that strange people like ancient frog pocket god defender chronicles idracula castle of magic (some people) zenonia touch physics touchgrind line rider little red sled blue defense gomi zombieville usa dr. awesome (some people) eliminate rolando star defense moon drop rasta monkey sentinel bugdom nanosaur draw race SOOSIZ
well zombieville i enjoyed somewhat for two days =/ don't think i've played since then but i didn't like defender chronicles from the tutorial on
Minigore, Aqua Globs, Minigore, Zen Bound, Minigore, Flight Control, and any game that Aurora - a.k.a. TA's source for endless, completely unbiased knowledge - likes.
i disagree about minigore coming from an ep. 3 perspective not a retail one which i can see your point about it being boring even after the update and agree about Aurora
I actually like Ancient Frog, gorgeous game! I don't understand the appeal of Minigore either, there is not much to the game, and it's not even fun to play for a few minutes imho. Maybe the upcoming update will actually make it playable for me. Rolando over hyped and boring as hell. I was incredulous as I played this game with disbelief. I was thinking...THIS is what everyone was falling over themselves to praise? Most of the silly entertainment games like the fart ones, stuff like glowsticks, I don't get why people like them. BORING. That's all I can think of for now
Games I really can't understand or enjoy are business/restaurant themed time management games like Diner Dash. Who wants to play a game about doing a bunch of catering or cooking for impatient people?
Aurora and others who have not played COD are the only ones who dont like it. Thats a trend I just realized. Aurora doesnt even know what COD is.
To the people who didn't like Rolando, how much of it have you played? I bought it when it first came out, and played thru the first few levels and was not impressed. I quickly dismissed it as overhyped, and moved on to the plethora of other games I have. But with my recent obsession with Plus+, I decided to forge through the game in search of getting all the points. And all these months later, picking it up again and really concentrating on getting all the medals, I totally fell in love with it. It really is a great game. It's not the "Mario of the iPhone" system selling platformer it was hyped to be, in fact it's more accurately a puzzle game with platform elements, but the levels are quite ingenious and getting all the medals on all levels is a fun challenge. Just genuinely curious if there are some people who were in a similar situation as me, and could maybe benefit from giving the game another try. I understand if you've played a lot of it, and still don't like it. I just don't think I gave Rolando a fair shake the first time around. I was always secretly bitter at it because I spent $10 based on all the hype and it didn't immediately appeal to me. But I'm glad I rediscovered it, and have played and enjoyed the 1st chapter of Rolando 2 and will buy the rest of that game soon as well. Heck, I'm even looking forward to Rolando 3 now.
1. Rolando was awesome but Rolando 2 didn't do it for me. I didn't get the feel from that one. I guess I expected more than killing the bad guys. 2. Modern Combat- Horrible text/dialogue with boring gameplay, and a dumb twist in the end. But I can't wait for online multiplayer, if there's one (?) 3. Canabalt- not going into that one.. 4. Meteor Blitz- It was fun but then it got boring.. Level repeats itself and I can just use one weapon to finish the whole, no point of upgrading the others. Don't know why so many people like it.. *5. Minigore-Trying to like it but the updates are slowly coming in. I'd prefer iDracula (even without their latest update). Never mind- the new update looks awesome. 6. Star Defense- great graphics and short. Defender Chronicles and some other TD games are so much better. The hype for this game probably destroyed it. Others: Hero of Sparta, Terminator Salvation by Gameloft, Flight Control.. >>And I still play with some of the games listed there<<
Well, I'm one of the early buyers of CoD and I didn't really get the point of it. It's fun for the first few hours but it certainly got old fast. Just my 2 cents. But I'm hoping it'll get updated with more maps and content. I'm really finding it hard to justify its asking price after paying for it. Oh, and who's Aurora everyone's ganging against?
example he said the ravensword graphics were bad or something to that effect you see what we are getting at here right
hey, its an unusual and interesting premise. But its actually about the gameplay. Time management games are about managing your time, you have to think and plan out how to maximize the time given to you, every second you aren't doing everything that you possibly can is a second wasted. Same with line-drawing games, only instead of managing your time, you're managing the space available to you. It's fun, and addicting.
Eliminate.- Excited and looking for earning more credits at the begining, but then it became boring, don't know, I just don't like it anymore, I don't have fun playing it. In addition the Matchmaking is terrible, so either or I won 10-2 or I loose 2-10.
