So far, my mum has fallen in love with these games:
    - Up There (thank you veiled games)
    - Labyrinth
    - MiniPiano

And she loves watching me play / use:
    - Fieldrunners (yes, it's fun to watch the little guys massacre every now and then)
    - The Creeps (she loves the voices when the guys get killed)
    - Shazam & Midomi

Games I would let her try soon:
    - Hanoi
    - Scoops

Do you guys have any recommendations?

Does she like Puzzlers? There's Jabeh, Find Your Mind, FLIP, Fuzzle, Gaia, Gemmed, Ivory Tiles, Monospace, Newtonica 2 (and the new one), Shapium (this one is really neat), Smart Sokoban Pro, Smiles, SPiN, Square Master, Tangram Pro, Tanzen, The Plateau.

Platformers? There's also Bounce On and Rolando.

Seek-and-Find? There's Everest and Stone of Destiny.

Word Games? Textropolis and Stich'em Words. There is also Super Word Find if she likes crosswords.

Physics based games? There's Touch Physics, Crayon Physics and Trace.

My mom likes to play Pajatzo. But that could be just because she's my mom.

Trism, Smiles, Texropolis seem to be her favorite. She is way better at Trism than I am.

Am I the only on that thinks it would be funny having your mum look over at your shoulder watching you play on your Touch? Anyway, if she's into puzzle games there is Bejewelled, Collapse etc, and Textropolis and Scoops! are good.

I concur. I was playing textropolis and my mom snatched it from my hand. She even beat the game.

Thank you for my morning laugh. That was good.

There are also the time management games like Sally Salon, DayCare Nightmare (though she may have had enough of that raising her children), wedding dash, and cake mania...

I actually made Smiles for my mom. :D

    Seriously.

We've had this half joke between us for well over 10 years. "Make me a game" she'd say. Well, I did. :D

Yeah, she's thrilled. We talk about how the game's doing regularly. :D

Currently, she has the only PC copy of the game. It still needs several changes before it's ready for retail, but mom doesn't mind. ;)
