Well at least there are some sane people here. Now, some speculation from fructose. I for one do not think that they will be showing this off with the new iPod touch. The idea just seems really silly to me. I can see them maybe showing off Tap Tap 3, or DJ Nights... I dunno, seeing them show off this game at a MUSIC event just seems so baffling to me.
Thank you, I do appreciate being recognized as sane. I agree with your speculation, it is really a music event to show off new iPods. However, what I'm thinking is that if they do show this off at the music event, that might mean that Apple is officially advertising and categorizing the new iPod as a gaming device, and not just an iPod that happens to play games. I don't know if that makes sense at all, but that's my theory. (Apple, as of now, is not really advertising the iPod Touch as a gaming device, rather just as an all-in-one device, in my opinion.)
