Yeah so? I just want to know the specs of the A5. I don't care about when it is released.

Since gameloft is close with ubisoft they should make an assassin's creed game. But knowing gameloft anything time comsuming or require high production cost is a no. They go for flashy and cheap games and they know we will buy it cause we hav no alternative.

I guess this means that even Gameloft is starting to fall away from the older gen devices. That's completely okay with me, because I think that all the people that spend money on the new devices deserve something bigger and better graphics-wise and performance too. I really hope you guys with newer devices benefit and enjoy all the goodies that are to come.

    No sarcasm included.

I know that there are still going to be games that support the old devices, but I guess we're not going to get our hands on real console quality games.

Meaning they have 7 quality titles compared to the total amount of games they've made? Well, the thing is, companies are about making money, and clearly their games aren't 'cheap' or crappy enough so that people won't buy them. Until another company steps up and matches up to what Gameloft can do at the same rate, you might as well appreciate what they're bringing to our device.

I think we'll be fine once the next gen devices with A5 SoCs are released.

Enuff w the Gameloft haters. WE KNOW. There games arent original. Who f'ing cares? They are good games. I'd rather have an Uncharted clone than no Uncharted at all. Anyway, this is a great day for iOS gaming. Gameloft i always pushing the envelope and this just shows that they are not resting on their lorels (spelling?) and looking to continually make better and better games. With the games they make and the Unreal Engine we will REALLY start seeing close to console like quality. Imagine the next Dungeon Hunter, NOVA, and Splinter Cell etc. made with the Unreal Engine. GAME SET MATCH. GAMELOFT.

Can't wait to see Unreal Engine combined with Gameloft's usually terrible art direction. It will be a feast for the eye.

But seriously, Unreal Engine 3 doesn't automatically mean a good looking game. Many people despise the look of this engine, and if there's not good art to back it up, it will be quite irrelevant.

Each Gameloft game takes anywhere from 8 months to a year. The reason so many come out is cause their company has over 4000 employees.

    But thanks for playing.

I would have to agree, I don't think you will be wrong. THOUGH an official Unreal would be great too
