If anything I think that game would show very clearly that they do need help and a lot of it. It was a very poor port of the game with awful controls and terrible visuals. I have a feeling if Gameloft had done that port instead you would have gotten the full game instead of the chapters, and it would have looked a lot better as well. But that's just my opinion. If this is about anything on the idevice I would be quite surprised.
This is all lies, Capcom may have a deal with gameloft but it isn't for iphone its for java. I was an ex-Gameloft employee. Friends of mine, ho still working there, told me that is just J2ME titles. So do not spec any old school RE, Street Fighter, etc.
really? is Gameloft any related to Dead Strike? anyway, no one will really care about that if it will be for java games only why not for iDevice and how the hell they will earn money from that if java games are all over the net for free and you don't even have to hack your phone to install it
Very surprise to hear disappointed echos about these games not for iphone when GL have released many games to us for past 2 months. i feel that gameloft know what they are doing and perhaps they have other unreleased games for iPhone in many months to come. Gameloft is a mobile game company not just iPhone company. They need to market non iphone market too. I think this is a wise move. Having those games for J2ME, means they are testing those game using J2ME platform. If any title is popular, i am sure one day will port to iPhone. Lets wait and see
please - plain vanilla RE1!! I would KILL for a version of Resident Evil 1 - just as it was on the PS1 - on my iPhone. RE2 might be nice too, but plain ole RE1 on the iPhone is just such a delicious idea.
People still play J2ME games? :/ I nearly got every single friend of mine into buying or considering to buy an iPod touch, just by showing them how awesome mobile games could be on this platform.

I LOVE CAPCOM! (one of my favorite game companys) a list of games i want from them a (working) port of megaman 2 bionic commando (preferably the rearmed remake on xbla) street fighter 2 turbo (would much rather have this then alpha) power stone (1 or 2 idc but power stone NEEDS to be on the idevice) devil may cry 1 or 3 (not 2) dino crisis (1 or 2 idc) (NOT 3) (its basically resident evil with dinosaurs) resident evil 2 (much better than 1 and plus it has leon kennedy) megaman x (my personal favorite in the x series) megaman legends 1 or 2 (i peronally was not a big fan of the legends games but alot of people were so that why im putting them on the list) viewtiful joe (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAPCOM!) killer 7 no more heroes okami megaman x: command mission (although some dont like the game i LOVE this game and would be a great rpg for the idevice) also how about megaman: the wily wars (basically just megaman 1, 2, and 3 all in one package with updated graphics) that would be awesome (also if you havent noticed i am a HUGE megaman fan lol)
RESIDENT EVIL I really hope they'll remake the originals (1 to 3), 0-day buy for any of those /Edit: In response to above post: a remake of dino crisis would be cool indeed.
