Hero of Sparta (86.8mb)
Assassin's Creed (130mb)
Gangstar (175mb)

Going to take a wild guess that it's HoS because its already been sold more than all of them and it's already at $1.99.
The others are still significantly higher priced. Gameloft would take the least cut with HoS.

Well, at 9am EST, they said it will be out in at least 6 hours. So the soonest that it will come out will be 3pm EST.

 

I'm estimating 8pm - 12 pm my time then.
