Damn, Chuck Norris may well be the best thing Gameloft has done..... and it isn't even a Gameloft game I really enjoyed it, and will be playing it on the harder difficulty.
I'm just pissed the past two releases have been while I'm at school. 2 hours isn't really enough time, considering I am only at home and awake for around 7~9 hours. And even If I had a 3G iPhone, the download limit still makes it impossible to get at school.
So if you click to purchase an app on 3G, but its over the 20MB download limit, does the App store not count it as purchased?
I like the Ferrari game, I don't have any racing games on my iPhone (just iPad) so it is fun. Maybe it's because I HATE the chuck norris nonsense, but I didn't even bother downloading this one. Oh well, cant complain, hoping tomorrow is more interesting.
Luckily I know the password to my school's wifi, so I was able to snag Chuck Norris during study hall.
I got it but I'm sure I'll delete it quickly. I was over the Chuck Norris nonsense a while ago. Anyways, we all know Jack Bauer is far superior.....
Same. There are a few wifi channels at my school, but all except one block iTunes. I of course connected to the right one about a half hour after the sale ended. 2 down for most people who were at school/work in the US.
I hate this "can't complain about free games" rule. Why not? Both games are pretty bad regardless of their price. Freeappaday has the same policy when clearly both the site and the developers benefit from giving the games away and then updating them to charge for downloadable content. But I guess we should just eat the games up because they are free. Going back to Gameloft, the games so far are not worth checking twitter every hour and trying to be near some wifi network the whole day. Just relax. Hope they prove me wrong and give us Modern Combat, NOVA, Earthworm Jim or Rayman eventually.
Because some people feel that a company doing a free game promotion deserves nothing but praise, and to say anything to the contrary makes you a greedy jerk. Where is the logic in this thought process? I have no clue. I'm going to continue to call it how I see it with these games.
Beggars can't be choosers. And besides, what do you expect? Do you really expect Gameloft to give away their best games for free? They decided to hold this promotion, so they should be able to choose which games they give away for free, should they not? They didn't even have to give away games if they didn't want to.
The #3 should be Castle of Magic http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/castle-of-magic/id319384204?mt=8 Fast.. 2 hours left.
Yeah.. I am the first one.. And faster than @gameloft ^_^ It is 4:30PM in Hong Kong. I am downloading the app in train. ^_^
