high expectations VS savvy marketing... Yet to be decided: Whether this promotion will effect gamers' opinions of Gameloft for the better or for the worse.
Sorry if you misunderstood my post. Shoulda been more specific. I just got tired of the others always complaining over these things. If someone doesnt like the game, fine. Say that it aint good and you're not downloading it. But never complain. It's THOSE morons that get under my skin. Ive read countless posts from them and just skim over them now usually. But my tolerance button was pushed a bit more today and i responded to it. Your post just bore the brunt of it, not intending to call it out specifiably.

The AppStore shows it as being published by ludigames.....is ludigames to gameloft as clickgamer is to chillingo or what? Either way I'm not really interested in this one, ah well, I've already got a pretty good racing game
A few of Ludigames games were turned into Gameloft iPad games. There are 3 hidden object games that is published by Ludigames for the iPhone but then Gameloft published them for the iPad. I just downloaded it five seconds ago. When did the two hours for this one start?
Gotcha! According to their twitter, 9:20 pst. Maybe just a wild guess but....I'm going to guess that the games will be one hr less each day, for example: Ferrari gt: 10:00 pst Chuck Norris: 9:20 pst.(was supposed to be 9:00) Tomorrow: 8:00 pst just a guess.
Chuck Norris opened up a worm hole in time which has foiled Gameloft's attempt to keep his game free for only 2 hours.
I don't have any problem with what Gameloft has done thus far. I didn't expect their MAJOR releases like NOVA to be made available for free. The only problem I have with it is the 2-hour window. They said they're doing this at different times so that everyone around the world could participate. Well, if they start doing this at 3 a.m. Eastern, I'm not going to be participating. They should just make it all day if they really want to make it "fair".
Yeah they twittered they had to reset the clock on this one since some areas didn't get set to free in the beginning. So to make up for it they gave everyone some extra time.
Seriously? They put a game up for free that I just bought yesterday? :C Then again, it's only one dollar and I wouldn't have been able to download it anyways. But I can't help feeling that my purchase was cheapened...
