I think I'm going to set up BargainBin and Notifo. I have Twitter sending me texts when Gameloft updates twitter, which typically works great, but I never got a text yesterday when the game was announced. It so happened that Twitter had an issue at the same time, so everyone on twitter had no followers for an hour or two. I figure if I set up a few different things, something is bound to work.
Notifo and BargainBin works great for me. AppShopper to email delayed for 1 hour last night. I think Boxcar app also can monitor twitter timeline, good if you got a small following list, or simply create a dummy twitter account to follow just @Gameloft There are lots of app to enable incoming email to push notifications alert, if anyone find good app, do share, prefer app that can filter what to push.
Er... Nevr mind, back to topic On the PC, I have a tab on chrome - This one Have set it to auto-reload every 15 mins (extensions?), pick your own time, depending on the eagerness, eh?
Er... I'd kno tht there is a tweet & the 120 minz countdown has Begun, BUT I won't be able to buy ze App howevr I'd kno to rush to ze nearest wi-fi spot just to begin ze install buttn b'4 itz time Zat helpz
Quoting so everyone reads this. Seriously, the people complaining are like angry beggars. They get something for free and they still complain! Pathetic.
So true, gameloft don't have to do this, you should feel lucky that you are being given a chance to get some great games for free
I agree with what txag2005 said completely. And really, Its on either when I'm asleep or at school. And 2 hours is stupid and ridiculous.
I dont think he's complaining. All he said is true. In fact its so true that he deserves a cool captain obvious pic for his efforts IMO
I'm not complaining...I was explaining to the people bitching about why the timeframe is 2 hours or why there won't be free games later on so we can get what we missed...
