Hi guys. I am living in Seoul. I study here as an exchange student, and I have recently attended a G-NEXT Game Jam about a week ago. Its a game jam that is organized at the Startup Campus in Pangyo Gyeonggi-do, South-Korea. I must say that the games that I saw at the gamejam were quite amazing. The Korean developers really showed us some amazing games. Someone in the Hallway is the game I probably liked the most. http://imgur.com/a/gjg3d The game is about a guy (Danny), who lost his memories. He wakes up in a mysterious environment. Slowly, he regains his memories. I think it was quite amazing that even though the game still used placeholders (like, ghost here), that walking around the game felt really eery. I shat my pants when some of the scary moments were shown. Its crazy how immersive VR is. When your in Korea, definitely check out the indie scene here. Its quite amazing and the people are friendly too! Check it out: http://jams.gamejolt.io/gnextgamejam
Game Jams are awesome. We used to hold a them fairly regularly, but haven't in a while. We might plan one soon though, it's been mentioned in team meetings a few times now. I'll give it another mention next week
