So I've got a 3DS preorder at Game, because if it goes the way of the Wii then none will be available for months afterwards, anyway I'm not sure if i can get up to the store on launch day so i was wondering if anyone knew if you can pick it up the day after launch day. I'd appreciate any help on this subject, thanks
Although I have preordered a 3DS too, it's the first thing since the Wii launch that I have preorderd. However, back when I preorderd my Wii, I was told by the staff at GAME that they would only hold my preordered unit up to a max of three days after launch before selling it on. It's best you just give them a ring to confirm.
Yeah, i probably will ask at store. I was just wondering if anyone had been in a situation like this before, I'm guessing due to massively high demand that the 3DS will be different to games
If you have an agreement with them, and have paid a deposit, they're unlikely to sell it on by the first day. Plus, they don't know you're not going to come in at all, they may just expect you to be coming later to avoid queues
