I backed up my iPod before upgrading, and also copied the back up folder to 'my docs' so have an extra copy. However, there's about 5 different back ups to choose from in iTunes, all called the same thing with no way to tell difference, so I randomly picked one and it wasn't it, so now the original has been pushed out by other ones. How can I get the copy I saved onto my iPod? (So far, I've tried 'shift and click' on 'restore', but the my document copy just comes up blank)
When I upgraded to iOS4, iTunes automatically backed up before installing, and then it used that backup to restore. Did yours not do it automatically?
