I do not think Apple will accept this kind of game I read an article about a guy who sold his car to finance his game. This can be a great idea to implement ! "Sorry, you don't have enought money to market your game, do you want to sell your car?" hahahah
Do you mean a simulation of the appsstore? Maybe like Game Dev Story, but more advanced? I would buy it
