Really good game. I rented it on Gamefly and beat it a while back and I'm still thinking about buying it. It's a really intense open world game with a pretty good story. For 20 bucks, I'd recommend it.

Anybody who has Prototype and Infamous care to give ther opinion on which one is better and why?

I played the Infamous demo and was a bit bored, but maybe the full game is better.

I didn't really like Infamous at all, they really really hit you over the head with the moral choices i the game. It gets really annoying.

Yes. You will more than love it.
Third Person Shooters? The best: Gears of War 1 and 2, Mass effect 1 and 2, you could play fallout 3 in TPS.
FPS? Some of the best: Halo 3, COD4, COD: WAW, COD: MW2, Battle field bad company 1 and 2, Fallout 3, etc etc

If you buy a year of live at once, the average cost a month is 5 dollars. $60 total.

I have infamous and rented prototype, and they're both good. They're a lot alike, but really different however.

Prototype is an action oriented game. You'll be running up buildings, slicing off heads, turning into a clone of your enemy to sneak into a government base and destroy it to get upgrades. It's a thrill to play, although a little bit repetitive. Kinda like GoW for me.

Infamous however, while it is a lot alike in some ways, is almost a completely different game. It's slower paced, the city seems a little smaller(but bigger), and you can't do quite as much(no going in buildings or using vehicles). However the city is better put together, seems larger because you can't jump up buildings (well, as fast), and seems more detailed. Infamous has AMAZING lighting effects.
Also, infamous seems to mix up the gameplay a lot more. Chosing to be a hero or not is fun, the city literally changes if you're good or bad, and gameplay is really different depending on this too. You help the cops catch some bad dudes? Later on you'll find the cops fighting on your side and people will help you and call you a hero. However if you help a drug dealer escape from the cops (a lot), the city will get dirtier, cops will attack you, and people will throw rocks at you and scream when you run past.
I like this part of the gameplay.

Infamous is a strategic, immersive game like the Bourne Series, whereas Prototype is an action filled adrenaline rush, like 007. Both amazing, but preference really matters. Best replayability goes to infamous however. It's a completely different game depending if you're famous or infamous. ;) Also I can't wait for infamous 2 and I've somewhat forgotten about Prototype.

I'd get both if I were you guys. 2 of my favorite games out there.

Sorry that was so long, but I hope I answered your questions!

No problem. You'd like it a lot. The 2 bad things are that it got a little boring after beating it and it had a little lack of polish on some of the graphics.
I don't know if they'd be on sale at gamestop this weekend, but I kinda wanna get either Dead Space or Bioshock. What would you guys recommend?
(Sorry, on my iPod and I don't wanna search for that "what should I buy" thread.)

Bioshock is beat out Halo 3, COD4, Mass effect for GOTY. I think that something.

I also heard dead space is the shit.

Thanks Hitch, think I'm gonna go for Prototype.

I'm not the best person to answer your bioshock vs dead space question as I got bored a couple of hours into both of them. Thats not to say they're boring, seeing as most people love those games. I just have weird tastes I guess, I still might go back to them someday.

Bioshock was amazing. Easily one of the best games I've played. Pretty damn creepy though.

One of the first games I got on my 360. I could not stand playing it because of the creepy vibe it gave off. It wears off after a while, but it was good. Haven't really gone back to finish it, though. Still at the point where you find the parts to the bomb.

COD4 and WAW are both really good. COD4- less camping, better maps, more fun
    WaW- Zombies.

But go for fallout 3 or bioshock instead of those, they are much more unique.
