Sort of - it's not as polished as GBA4iOS, and it requires a jailbreak (GBA4iOS does not require a jailbreak). But it emulates WAY more consoles than just GBA or Playstation. I'm not sure how many, but probably most of the pre-PS1 consoles. PPSSPP also works with MFi controllers. It's a PSP emulator with decent speed and compatibility. I play it on my Mac, and it can run many games full-speed and in full HD.
Retro arch has a number of emulators including GBA, GBC, SNES, PSX, Nintendo 64, Nintendo DS to name a few. Controllers should work for all of those emulators. And ofcourse PPSSPP has to be my favourite, it is not included in retro arch but is available on CYDIA, Karen Walkers repo is the best source to get it from as it seems to be the first to update ppsspp, updates seem to be coming out nearly everyday. On my ipad 4 I can run games like monster hunter, dragon ball z, metal gear solid peacewalker all at 30-60 fps.
Yeah, she even has beta build options to download, which were updated for MFi controller support sooner than the mainline builds. If you're jailbroken and own a controller, it's kind of a must download.

Can't get blutrol working 3.5.1-1 (disconnects when opening a game) seems like a bug in the landscape type games. I'll have to see what portrait games I have that have onscreen buttons. Or I'll just wait for the dev to release a fix.

I have controllers for all installed but not enabled in settings. I have btstack set enabled. When I connect ps3 pad trough blutrol, an open a game... The ps3 controller disconnects. What portrait games can I try? EDIT: seems like a number of people are having issues with blutrol who own a 5s like me. It disconnects, waiting for a fix.
I dunno cause I don't have a jailbroken mfi game controller, but Phoenix HD was reported working fine with ps3 sticks, and is free and portrait mode.
Nah, same thing happened to me - made it few the first few levels thinking "this is awesome!", only later found that the jump button was missing. Sad, but hoping they fix it soon, because it's an excellent game.
