Reset it again with the paperclip, plug your iphone into it, and try again. Let me know if the phone pops up with any messages
Tried it again and nothing happened either 1 sec reset or 1 min reset ..theres no any pop up message on screen and moga boost for charging doesn't work...
Sounds like you've done everything right, yeah - maybe the lighting port on the Moga is DOA. The headphone jack on mine was dead, had to exchange it. Try things a few more times, can't hurt. Restart your iphone, restart the moga, carefully clean the lightning port, wiggle the iphone on the lighting port a little after it's plugged in (be careful). If nothing works, it could just be dead. Call Moga support. Apple gives a two week full return policy, if you bought it there.
Hah, glad it's working, disregard my last message 1 light is good (I have no clue why), that means all is well.
For fun, I picked up a Logitech Powershell on my lunch break. The quality is nice and it topped off my phone's battery out of the box. The D-Pad is a bit finicky, but I hope a little bit of break-in will fix it. If not, I've got 45 days to return it.
Yeah, I like sticks with both dpad and dual analogs, wow, really jealous of all the jailbreakers with ps3 sticks. Those are good sticks.
It plays well actually, though it's only compatible with the extended layout. It still doesn't feel like a "real" shooter, though - more like a PSP style spinoff. Thanks, I try it takes some breaking in, yeah. I know that Apple forces MFi controller manufactures to use a circular pad - of all the complaints about the MFi program, this is one of the few that I consider legitimate
I've been playing a bit of everything with the Stratus. It feels a bit more cramped than my beloved GBA Micro, but it isn't bad. The cover doesn't fasten well; That's going to bother me a lot. As for the Powershell, it's pretty nice. I wish it had two more trigger buttons, though. That'd make playing PSX games in RetroArch a tad easier...though I could probably make a custom onscreen button layout. Riptide GP2 doesn't allow for manual acceleration with a button on the Powershell. Though, I could with BTStack,+Controllers for All+DS3. Laaaame. Also, the girlfriend loves the Powershell for playing Bastion. She won't put it down. I'm pretty much using her to break-in the controller. Hah.
That's my impression of the Stratus so far - a little cramped, but definitely still playable. But yeah, that cover gets filed away in a drawer and forgotten - it's that terrible. The Powershell isn't bad, considering it's not an extended layout controller.
I didn't realize there were Standard and Extended layouts until I went to AfterPad. Great website, btw. I may pick up the MOGA, too, then. As for the Stratus, do you know how to read the LEDs? After charging overnight, three LEDs were solid with the last LED blinking. To me, that reads as the battery is still charging. I would assume four solid LEDs meant fully charged. Am I reading that wrong? Also, while playing Riptide GP2, all four LEDs were blinking periodically, making me think the battery was low. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike
Whilst I am looking forward to getting my SteelSeries, I've been using the DS3 a lot yesterday and today and am positively astounded with how good it is. Sonic Transformed plays like a dream for me and GTA San Andreas I thought was good enough with my Logitech but the extended layout for me is astounding. I'm even loving Aces of the Luftwaffe, which I only played because I started in alphabetic order. Would love Age of Zombies to come on board. Anyhow, I hope I haven't ruined my SteelSeries experience before it arrives. My eldest son's jaw dropped when he saw me playing with a play station controller.
