I really hope Marvel vs Capcom 2 gets game controller support, and many other fighting games like that. It would be cool also if EA makes many of their games like NBA Jams with the controller support as well for iOS 7. I meant to say also with Activision games also.
You can't buy one yet. If I had to take a guess I would assume that Apple is gonna show some of them in October at the iPad event.
Well it's not confirmed yet but I would be really really surprised if October went by and Apple made no iPad announcement.
I'd love to see Doom updated for controller support and then all the Quakes added to the appstore would be nice.
Thats a shame then as Doom is still one of the best shooters out there for me.Really wanted to play on the hardest mode but not without a controller.Ah well life goes on.
LEAKED: Logitech's first iOS 7 MFi iPhone game controller. will be added to the list once it becomes official. Looks fine I guess, but where's my Xbox-inspired controller?
I was hoping for a detached controller. Hopefully Logitech will make a regular one. Tec 3001 dev is reporting apple joystick support.
I don't like the look of that leaked controller. Look at the gap from the end of the screen and the start of the button area. Looks uncomfortable. I would've preferred if the controller was at the bottom of the screen. Like the - Bladepad & iControlpad2
AVP: Evolution, Bastion, and The Walking Dead are supposedly using analogs. More still to come We still need to wait for the official release of controllers. But for now, most of iOS 7 controller support are mostly iCade supported already, they're just adding more support to different types of controllers for the future. Well Apple is offering 2 types of controllers for developers: Console-type controller with analogs, and an iPhone case controller without analogs. The logitech one that was leaked has the main purpose to be as pocketable as possible, so it removes the analogs and aimed towards simpler games like platformers. We have yet to see a full console-like controller, and it should be coming And anyways, GameCase has announced the iPad Mini controller, and that has analogs. We're still in the phase of developers moving from iCade to iOS 7 controllers, but once we see a sea of MFi controllers coming and newer games, we'll all be seeing some fantastic stuff
