Guys, I've created the feature request at firemonkeys site where I'm asking to add MFi controller support in Real Racing 3. I need your support in order to attract their attention on this topic. I would appreciate if you click like on it. Link on the request: https://firemonkeys.zendesk.com/entries/23744985-iOS-7-MFi-Game-Controller-support Thank you in advance!
Can we get like an "official" list of games that work on MFi controllers? Like Asphault 8, Riptide 2 are not official games that work properly on the MFi controllers. It doesn't even say they are supported in the App Store. But games like Call of Duty Strike Team, GTA San Andreas and Dungeon Seige are official, work properly on MFi controllers and are mentioned in their App Store page. Thanks
Sonic 2 new update also adds iCade support. Double Dragon Trilogy added MFi controller support. Groove Vortex - added controller support.
About a week or two. I've tried plugging the controller in to charge when it dies while playing. It doesn't seem to recover. It'll come on then turn back off, on and off, for a while. I didn't wait around to see if it eventually did stay on, I let it charge alone.
Is there going to be controllers released that work with iPad? Like just normal stand-alone controllers like an Xbox controller or dual shock? That's what I really want, not something I have to plug into my phone...
It will be out in the new year if they get the issues with apple sorted. Can't wait to see it, so far it's the only Bluetooth controller on the horizon
BT Mfi controllers will be along soon, from MOGA & Logitech, don't hold out for BladePad or Gamecase. Follow my fansite for MFi Game controller support/games etc : Mfi4.gamerz.co
We think they are already out! Bladepad and gamecase will be out in the new year from what I see in their Facebook pages. Logitech said watch their Facebook for updates related to their own dual stick controller When I asked them about it!
They are fooling you, gamecase and bladepad developers are not even listed as MFi game controller certified manufacturers yet, so how are they going to release hardware that is supplied and approved by apple.? The answer is simple they are not... What they are doing is praying apple approve their hardware in the future, not saying apple will not approve their hardware, im sure they will at some point,I'm saying MOGA and Logitech will be first, as these 2 companies are listed as Apples MFi certified partners as shown at the last GDC. Yes I believe this to be true... MOGA & Logitech will be the first BT Mfi controllers.
Guys, I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but would it be possible to use the iPhone/iPod as an iOS 7 controller for iPad? It is the only thing keeping me from buying games like Grand Theft Auto that are better played with gamepads, and it would be a nice workaround until I can find a nice gampead
There's an app named 'joypad' in AppStore which allows you to use your iPhone/iPod as a controller. But I don't know what it's compatible with.
