Still have to do it in All-In-1 lol. I got 244 last night and was so pissed. I did get Jump Jump over 300 so that one is done.
Now I know why my achievements were disappearing. What's the point in promoting a "social" game platform where your number of games is limited, your achievements list may not be the real thing and you can't even send a simple message to your GC pals? So I have Fruit Ninja but my friends won't ever know and invite me to play because it was removed from my list while I was testing a crap like 52Anthem. So I got the 32 Tanzen achievements just for them to be removed after I installed another crap. This is beyond lame. And, with so many free games and even the best ones mostly $1-$2, how long does Apple think it will take for thousands of players reach this lame 50 game limit? A limit which, by the way, includes the games you're not playing anymore, so unless you keep them on your iPhone and start them from time to time they'll be gone forever from your games list. Think I'll go back to my PSN trophies (sigh)
Has the limit been removed yet? I'm at 49 games right now. Hopefully this limit thing will be fixed if it hasn't already.
not been fixed yet. Mine never go above 46 games before they start dropping off the bottom and achievements disappear. Hope they sort it soon. I know it's nothing major it just really bugs me.
ARGGG!!! I just found out about this (by googling) after purchasing what is probably my 52nd or 53rd game. Ouch.
My game max is now 76. Anything above that and they drop off the bottom and the achievements disappear off the total count. At least they are trying to sort it
The limit is now higher than 80, I have friends with 84 games on their account, but idk what the limit is. Just know it's higher than 80
I think the limit is gone. perhabs apple has realized how stupid a limit on GC games is!? btw, zincous - congrats to 740 trophies. cant believe, do you have a fulltime job?
Thanks ....I'm trying to keep a 15+ achievements per game average. College student and part time job right now. Looking for full time though
Looks like the limit is still there, but no longer a problem. That is, I have 81 games listed in the Games tab (and things are getting pushed off the bottom), but my "Me" tab shows 98 games, and my achievements don't seem to be going down when things fall off. Maybe they finally fixed it in prep of the iOS 4.2 seed which has recently gone around. EDIT: All 102 of my games are being reported on the "Me" tab.
Now that there is no limit, I wonder if I should just go for total amount of achievements rather than average per game. Since I was doing it to max out my achievements without going over the game cap. If it's unlimited games, then every achievement will be counted regardless....hmm...
Yeah, you know, now that the limit appears to be lifted, it's renewed my interest in *giving a damn*.
Awesome stuff! Achievements have made me want to play games much more. Having friends to compete against greatly increases replayability.
