Well darn, I thought it was going universal All the articles I read was Galaxy Trucker coming to iPhone and also mentioned that the iPad version is getting an update. I guess that was wishful thinking. I figured it would be a great way to get more sales rather than splitting sales between two versions and two sets of DLC when expansions comes out. I'm happy with the iPad version as is but the chance to put it on my iPhone to play a few turns of the async mode when I'm not at home would have been nice.
Cool! OK, of course it would be better to get just an update with universal support ... but nevertheless, this game ist absolute great, so I will buy also the iPhone version!
Same. This is really disappointing. I can't really play on my iPad due to my screwed up hands, so while I supported it because I love board game conversions on iOS, had I know it would be a separate version I'd have just waited
Has anyone finished the campaign ? That's probably what I'll be playing most so just wondering how long it is. Also devs will the phone version be landscape or portrait mode ?

Yes. The App Store shuts down around the 20th and comes back right before New Year's Day. All updates, new apps, prices, and chart rankings are locked while Apple is on holiday. The week prior to the shut down (this week) is generally flooded by devs releasing apps or updates so they can get visibility before the shut down which also slows releases down quite a bit :/
Unable to play online, the app tells me to update but I can't find any update. I was looking forward to play against some android friends. When is the update due? According to the devs twitter it should be out by now.., P
We are sorry for that. The update was approved and released more than 12 hours ago, but for some reason, it still can't be downloaded from the AppStore. We are trying to solve the issue with Apple.
