Thanks a lot for keeping us updated, Tobi. Very much appreciated! And wish you success for the Switch release.
Hey everyone, as you might have read already, we had to postpone the release of Manticore - Galaxy on Fire on the Nintendo eShop a bit. As soon as I can say more, I will update you with more details and a new release date. It's not a super-big deal and we're not talking about a huge delay here. But it's still a set-back both for us and for those who've been looking forward to play Manticore on their Switch today. So in the name of our whole studio, I'd like say "sorry" for the inconveniences and short-hand change of events.
Awesome news! The game's out now on the Nintendo eShop! The digital roll-out might not have reached all stores across the globe, so if it's not yet available in your country it will be up for grabs there soon!
Downloading now! If you happen to be looking for it on the eShop website rather than on the Switch, it's not listed under new releases yet but it does show up if you search for "Manticore"
Its excellently done on Switch Tobi, congrats to all you guys and despite the disappointment of the delayed release, it was worth it to do it right, which is appreciated.
Awesome.... Today's update says "Full Story Mode - Get premium access with a single purchase"... price is $13.99. Not sure if its the same as the new Switch version.
Has anyone got this yet? How does the premium game differ from the free version? Is it free exploring like gof 2? Or still mostly menu driven? Does it alter the balance of getting money for upgrades and so on?? Very exciting news!
Premium remove persistent internet connection? Hi just wondering if by buying the premium unlock, the game could be accessed without an internet connection? Seems like a persistent internet connection is the norm with freemium games now. But, if I have to pay $14 to unlock all the features of the game, I should be able to play this on the moon if I want to. Unless there's wifi on the moon now. JK. I bought the game for $20 on the switch and loved it. No persistent internet required there. Thanks if anyone can provide info on this.
I’m picking the premium up today and report. I would be very surprised if this is not the same as the Switch version (which, to my surprised, has been well received).
Unfortunately it still needs internet connection. Was waiting also for a full premium experience but this is not the case. Of course I still prefer it this way but an offline mode would be really appreciated when the asked price is so high.
Yeah Id like to know how it compares to the switch version? Also does it unlock controller support? Seems like they still dont work in the f2p version?
