It's all about buying low and selling high. I personally buy and sell weapons since I can sometimes make 20k+ per item. If you don't have the cargo space or a Khador drive you can also do missions from the Space Lounge. If you are in good standing with their faction you also get additional money. When I do a mission for the Terrains I get whatever the pay is and another 100% because of my good standing with them.
Tips to gain money. Note that this has been posted many times already. I'll turn it into 4 easy steps. 1. Unlock the Hidden system, Pan, by buying it from a specific planets space lounge. 2. Buy the Terran ship with 350 cargo space. I can't remember its name. It is called Commorant or something along those lines and can only equip a turret and 4 missiles. No primary weapon. 3. Bring this ship to Pan and buy as much organs as you can. Fly around to Pan, because the organ locations are random. 4. Bring the organs to the Aquila system, Carme station and sell it there. Rinse and repeat.
After a frustrating first few hours I started toreally enjoy the game. I had to do a lot of tedious mining in the beginning, but once I got a better ship, armor to 250, and most important, I stopped trying to mine asteroids and got a tractor beam. You get a lot more money from picking up goods off ships you destroy. On the iPad, this is the best looking game I have played yet. At night, with headphones, it's very immersive. The cloaking device has saved my ass a few times as well. There is nothing more satisfying than hitting a ship head on with your emp, freezing it, destroying it, then vacuuming up the goods as you fly through the explosion.

Nevertheless , I think I'm gonna start a new save on extreme . That'd keep me busy for a while
Well it's grinding. Grinding is usually always boring unless you have the eye on the prize. In this case, 5 million bucks in 5 minutes. (With the khodar drive)
Yeah there's actually 3 more hidden systems along with various other hidden weapons and modules. I'm going to try and get that void x soon so I just rape all.
At around what level can you start doing this? I mean, from the coordinates for sale I've seen so far, you need QUITE a bit of money. And in some systems, the pirates are quite brutal.
I started doing this the moment I picked up that transport ship. Of course that was before I had the khador drive, so it took me a while to get around, but I still managed to make 2 million that way. I got the khador drive afterwards and within the hour I had 25 million.
When does Valkyrie start?!? I bought the Valkyrie add-on earlier today. I got tired of getting the phone call from Corny and got thirsty for more action. Now, my story mission says I need to go to Kanado, but when I get there, there's no Corny or anyone seemingly related to the storyline. When is the Valkyrie story supposed to kick in? Thanks!
Did you beat the original storyline first? Meeting Corny at Kanado sounds like the first mission in Valkyrie... but I started Valkyrie after I beat the original storyline, I don't know if Corny gives you the message even if you didn't beat the story mode yet.
I agree. It is one of my favourite iOS games for sure. I've clocked up over 55 hours in the game so far and I'm sure I will play for many more. I particularly like the new Deep Science stuff in the Valkyrie add-on pack, and I hope Fishlabs plan to go deeper into that area with future updates. Who thinks it would be interesting to see how the game would look like in 3D? (with those red-cyan or other coloured glasses of course) I mean the action freeze part might look pretty cool

yeah, I beat the original storyline. **SPOILER ALERT** Destroying the Void headquarters is the end, right? I had the "I saved the galaxy, etc." message in the storyline missions column. I just don't get it. I got the stupid call from Corny several times before I purchased the Valkyrie add-on and now it's nowhere.
I'm having the same problem, anyone know where the Kanado station is? or do you have to buy it since that message keeps showing up, despite not having bought the iap yet.
