Oh and on another topic. Here is a comparison between the 4 best ships in the game. (Each is the best ship for their respected faction) Ship Stat Comparison. 1. Mantis Faction: Pirates Armor: 240 Cargo hold: 75 Primary weapons: 4 Secondary weapons: 4 Turrets: (Why is this plural?) 0 Equipment: 12 Handling: 117 Price: 3,888,592$ 2. Veteran Faction: Terran Armor: 200 Cargo hold: 110 Primary weapons: 3 Secondary weapons: 4 Turrets: 1 Equipment: 12 Handling: 92 Price: 2,488,400$ 3. Aegir Faction: Nivelian Armor: 190 Cargo hold: 70 Primary weapons: 4 Secondary weapons: 4 Turrets: 0 Equipment: 11 Handling: 100 Price: 2,468,739$ 4. Nuyang II Faction: Mido Armor: 225 Cargo hold: 105 Primary weapons: 4 Secondary weapons: 2 Turrets: 0 Equipment: 9 Handling: 90 Price: 873,921$ And here’s three awesome ships for beginners trying to make it big in this game. Teneta: Faction: Terran Armor: 192 Cargo hold: 65 Primary weapons: 2 Secondary weapons: 4 Turrets: 1 Equipment: 7 Handling: 105 Price: 115,368$ This should be the second if not third ship you purchase. It is the most balanced ship for beginners at a low and reasonable price. Do a few missions and this jack-of-all trades is yours. Salvehn Faction: Nevilian Armor: 156 Cargo hold: 110 Primary weapons: 2 Secondary weapons: 1 Turrets: 1 Equipment: 6 Handling: 102 Price: 87,885$ This is a good alternative to the Teneta. It is better for trading, since it has more cargo space and is cheaper. There is no good reason not to get this ship if you are a beginner, except that it is hard to find, at least in my experience. This also happens to be the “only” Nevilian ship that can equip a turret. Anaan Faction: Terran Armor: 220 Cargo hold: 240 Primary weapons: 2 Secondary weapons: 1 Turrets: 1 Equipment: 7 Handling: 65 Price: 162,748$ If you need a ship to get those massive trades in, this is the most balanced ship you can get in the market with the “Best” and most “Reasonable” price. With this baby, you’ll be making millions in trades in no time. I suggest this over the Cormorant which has a 350 cargo area, mainly due to the fact that the Cormorant can’t have any primary weapons. That’s a huge disadvantage imo unless you enjoy buying rockets or using the turret as your primary weapon. It is cheaper than the Anaan, however, by 5,000$.
A ship fit for the gods... Disclaimer: I only Photoshopped the name and picture of the ship, everything else is legit. i spent my whole Saturday to get this thing, Fishlabs sure knows how to make use work for this wonderful ship. All things you have to know about this ship and why it's awesome are... -is by its price tag(overinflated a bit due to location, but not cheap non the less, had to make a lot of voosk/normal organ runs...i feel ashamed) -looks (not that i will let you look) -and all the equipment slots... (note the empty one and two useless cabin slot that's there because i don't have anything better to stuff there, i'm so poor after buying the ship that it will take time to fill them) -It's weapons are also placed very closely together, forming the best quad weapon spray mix you can get. (last pic) -As you can see, the only down side to this ship is that cargo size, i got 2 black holes in there and it's still just 90 (30 base cargo)
Yeah, i guess it's not very well hidden when the game is out for more than a year. Do you have it? it's sweet, but turns a bit too fast for my taste after equipping the pulsed thruster
I don't at the moment. I was playing on Easy than wasn't happy about it and restarted on Hard mode. Now I'm recollecting my medals. Quick question. For the wingman medal, do I need more than 3 at a time with me, or is it accumalative?
Eh. I have no real urge to get the void ship actually. Mainly cus I can't be bothered to get the achievements. (how do I get the personal need achievement though?)
Okay so I have discovered a very annoying bug. I bought a $59,000 fluxxed matter shield blueprint from one of the stations in Nimmrod and I went to the blue print screen and it's not there! What the hell! I was so happy that I finally found it and now this happens! EDIT: Whew. I got it back after I traveled to another space station and then back to where I bought it. But still, a bug though.
I had that too with a different blueprint. Leave the station, go to another one and tell me if it's there!
Yup got it back. Yay! Now to find 80t of those things... It's fine though. Also, I had so much fun destroying a pirate space station. The graphics are really amazing when you blow them up lol
To get gold, you have to buy 1000t of booze, it's very easy(if you don't want profit): just buy, leave, come right back, sell, leave, come back, buy again...until you're bored or you get the medal.
Lol. 1000 tonnes of booze XD how many cores do you need for adv miner gold? And what do I do for the geologist achievement? (sorry if I'm buggin ya...)
So what is everyone working on ingame right now? I am destroying some ships, collecting their loot and selling it to get some good $.
