First off. The first the a person should see is a great gameplay video highlighting all three fighters and the special weapons. Having just screenshots just don't do it anymore. Trust me on this one. Take the time to do a video. Make it the first thing a person sees. Not the screenshots. Next since you are a small studio and don't have a budget for marketing you must rely on word of mouth. So you must visit every single gaming website you can find, like this one. Promote the shit out of your game. It takes time but this is how you need to do it. Also you can try cross promotions too. For instance my friends who make the games "Astro Attack" and "Thumb Space" are doing a cross promotion where they put a ship in each game with links to each others games. Maybe you could contact them and see if they would do a triple promotion. They are great devs and awesome games. It can't hurt to try. Also you are being way too generous with the in app purchases. I can see having the forced ads disabled with any purchase but you should charge another $1 atleast for a coin doubler. Don't short change yourselves. You have to make enough money to survive without over charging. It's not too much to ask. Did you consider what I said about the ads? You didn't say anything about it? Also what about the missile drone issue I brought up? Can we get a second one or can you allow us to place it behind the fighter because it's weird having it to the right side. Billy

With you adding an endless mode it will balance out with the two drones. Since the difficulty will increase. Also it doesn't matter if there are videos on YouTube. You need a great gameplay video on the AppStore. First impressions matter. People look for videos not the screenshots. I know this because I am one of those people. I'm sorry I don't speak Japanese. But apple store its an strong market, i got people playing more than 900 seconds average user, also, yesterday 11 downloads, 3 inapp, never seen this percent, its more common usually to see 1000 downloads 1 inapp. thank you again for your review, i hope this is the best way to get downloads. As I think you need to have it so you can watch repeat ads for coins and have the ad network that pays you per view. Atleast you'll make some money this way. we have send an update yesterday to apple store, and now they ask me about restore purchases. This is a consumable product, you use currency buy a pack of coins and upgrade some features on each ship, its not "non consumble" product. Arrgggg i hate when apple approved a game and when you send an update they ask about features also approved. well, waiting for next step... sorry about delay on update.
Yea but they are right. Consumables are not restorable. I thought it was a package when I bought it. If it's a package it's restorable. But it was just coins. Which is not. This is why I'm waiting until you add iCloud support before I make another purchase. I normally never ever make consumable purchases. If I delete the game and come back I lose all my money. When I read the description it looked like a restorable package. So I understand their confusion. This is why you should have restorable purchases. Such as a coin doubler. That would be restorable. No ads. That would be restorable. When you add iCloud save support I'll feel a little better about making another coin purchase because then all my money is protected. Billy
Yes, you are right! Maybe this is the main update i have to do, a cloud save with restore option. This system is used for Sky Force from Infinite Dreams studio, and we are using also a save system but not in cloud. We hope we can do it fast and send an update.

My progress was wiped too. After buying the 99 cent coin pack, I spent it all on the diagonal shot. When I came back, everything was reset. Restoring purchases didn't work either. I just started over though as I hadn't invested as much as LordShad0wz above. Can you only use one weapon set at a time? I wanted to use my upgraded main gun and diagonal shot at the same time but it only seems to only let you pick one before a run... Edit: Yeah, there's definitely something wrong here. After investing a bunch more coins into upgrades last night everything is gone again. Back down to level 1 upgrades...
I'm so upset I haven't even tried. Also I see a button to activate iCloud save but nothing to download that save. Until they make things right I am not investing anything more with this game. It sucks because I really liked it and I really supported these devs. Billy

I guess I'll try that route. However I'd much rather have them fix it. That was the point. I was actually kidding about the cash or western Union part. Sometimes you take things way too seriously. I'm not taking anything personally, we're just working hard to clean this place up when it comes to people being needlessly aggressive to developers. I promise none of the devs behind this game were like, "You know what we should do? #### everyone over that bought IAP from us." It's obviously a mistake, and yelling at them in a forum thread they might not even be reading isn't even the appropriate support avenue. It just perpetuates the vibe that the TA forums are where you come if you want to hassle developers and get angry about IAP. If you're kidding, you're doing a bad job of conveying any kind of sarcasm following rapid-fire posts about how upset you are.
Hi. We apologize about lost purchases. We have spoked with apple, and opened an appeal because they do not want to give us and update with cloud save and this system of restore purchases. But we do not want to evade our faut. We have missed something on cloudkit keys and when we have send it this update, we have setup values to respect higher key and create new one its not found data. Something was wrong on our code and apple was approved our update without problem and rejected the good. We are looking something right now to create bonus codes for people with purchases lost. You could introduce a code an win a pack of coins. We apologize about this guys, we are working hard but this time all its our faut. If you can do that and restore my 50,000 coins I would be happy with this and I will start playing again and maybe even make another purchase. I ended up NOT requesting a refund for both purchases.
