I just a newbie. Seriously it does ramp up from 1-4 to 5-8 quite fast. It's alright, I got it! I would like to suggest a pop up between waves to remind us which wave we are on. 4-1.. 4-2.. 4-3.. 4-4.. 5-1.. etc Don't really need it for the first wave of each level. There are four waves per level, correct?
Ah, not a bad idea. Definitely something I'll consider adding, maybe even to the menu system that fades in / out.
+1 to Cygnetseven's suggestion. Should improve immersion and excitement when you know you're only a wave away for something, or something like that. This game rocks. I think fans of Plasma Sky and Gridrunner will love this easily.

Did you perfect TL 9-12? I noticed a 2-3K secondary bump over the weekend, great job. I keep burning out on trying to obtain 76,900 on TL 5-8. What is your high score on TL 9-12? Do I have any hope?
I still have a little room to improve on TL 9-12 (92,645 pts). What's your score? Someone could take over at any time, and being in 2nd place you're the one to do it man! I just noticed there are 999 players ranked on Transmission Lost, only one away from reaching a significant milestone, Charlie! Woohoo!!!
I just finished TL 9-12. That was gratifying! Now to try the endurance and then it's on to Obso-somethingororther. Weee!
Obso-somethingororther steps it up a bit. This is the point where it starts to get really tough! I almost thought about putting a level in-between, but no going back now. You'll learn to love the pain tho.
I talked to Jamie (he was a beta tester), and he's totally cool with me removing his score. He helped a ton in the original testing so I'm going to get him a build and gift him some coins for restarting the whole game (I can only do this if I have access to the device & he happens to live in NYC). That said, it probably won't happen till next week. So anyone in 2nd place *cough* AKD *cough* is technically #1. Next week it will be official. I just checked latest, we passed 1000 players using game center!!! YAY!! On a personal note, I have to say, this TouchArcade group is the best group of gamers I've ever had the opportunity to be part of. Thanks guys for being so awesome, it means WAY more to me than you could all possibly know. I'm not sure how many devs get the privilege to get feedback from such a passionate group as you all. My TL 9-12 is 92,070. Higher than I remember. It looks like even if I perfect 5-8 and 9-12, I'll still come up about 1.5K behind you. You must have killed the endurance on Saturday, because I know I had a pretty tight run up until the final wave of level 12. *shakes fist at boss spiders* Great job!
I'm getting nervous now and I'm not even in the running for the high score!!! I hope none of you are in biker gangs!
