I purchased this game today after reading about it in this thread this morning and I have to say that this game is truly great! I am enjoying it very much, though getting my butt kicked after getting through the first 12 levels and hitting the second set of levels lol. Truly very well done from what I've seen so far and I highly recommend the game if you like the genre of game. I to would like controller support, the controller I'll be using wil be a steelseries stratus or stratus xl. Seems to be the best choice for iPads anyway. Regardless, great job to the developer!

Nice to talk to you. I personally have and love the Madcatz full. To be honest any controller that works, if the game is designed for it, would be appreciated. As far as portrait mode, it's never bugged me to lose some screen real estate on AirPlay. I use a stand for my desk or just kick back with portrait on my lap. When it's in the game I'll send some feedback. Also I'm not trying to deter people from buying on sale, I think we all like a deal. At the same time tho, app devs that care keep me coming here. I've never been able to buy anybody at Rockstar a coffee to say thanks for GTA.
Dood, this game is worth an additional buck. It's a pretty fantastic shmup, and one that has an upgrade system which you hinted to like in a different thread.
I love this game I tried so many of this type that always start you at the beginning and don't allow for any progress saving and I have to be able to put a game down and pick it up later but there are endless modes for when you have more time the challenges, power ups and ship upgrades are awesome and I really dig the old school feel no ads no IAP this is honestly my favorite space shooter

Sorry guys, it was only for a few hours, it ended up ending early at 11:30pm, so I changed it then woke up at 3am to let it go at least until 3am. It won't be free again, so it's either $0.99c today, or probably $1.99 later. As a side note if anyone is interested in metrics: As popular as Galactic Nemesis has been, so far, I've only lost money, that's between paying for help on art & advertising. None including my own dev time. Don't feel sorry for me, I love making games. :-D but.. please consider buying it if you feel it's worth the current $0.99 sale price. Thanks, Charlie

Congrats on 'best new games!' I purchased the game a while back. It is a fantastic game worth more then the original price of $1.99. If someone complains about .99 cents, they were never going to purchase it in the first place. Good luck. Awesome game!
