Awesome, I remember this game being talked about awhile ago, glad to see it's still in the works. Looking good, guys!
Wow you guys are back so happy to see this back on track. I remember being excited about this when it was first being worked on. Can't wait.
It would have been a nod to your loyal followers if you gave precedent for testing to the folks that took part or won in your contest a few years ago.
Mark my words. Playing Galactic Keep curled up in bed or sofa in total darkness with a good pair of headphones is an experience nobody who love turn based scifi RPGs should miss. Whenever it will come out. Amazing.
When is a release date going to enter the fray? Are we looking at 2015 as it seems. Thanks and Merry Christmas!
We know that there are quite a few people looking forward to the game that have been waiting a long time (some have stopped waiting) but we want to be sure that we're launching with something that we think is as solid as we can make it. It's not like we're adding new features at this point, we're wrapping it up and working out some technical kinks that must be fixed before submission. That said, it's getting too close to the app store holiday deadline to give us a substantial buffer of time between submission and release so it is very likely that we will be launching the game in 2015, much to our dismay.
Sure would be a great way to kick off the 2015 gaming year (and give people something to spend their Christmas iTunes gift cards on!)
Quick Update: A close-to-final, yet major, fix proved to be more...problematic...than expected. It was an arrow in the shoulder. We were forced to backtrack and fix a cascade of longtime issues and newly created bugs. It's almost back to where it was before we made the change/fix but it isn't yet. We'll let you know. A note to testers: With the online testflight component shutting down, we're going to move to the new iTunes Connect based testflight as soon as we have a stable build again (we're beating the game to pieces in our internal testing). Im quite sure that those wanting to use testflight moving forward will be required to have iOS8 installed. We'll accommodate others who'd like to keep testing using a lower OS on a case-by-case basis Thanks a lot for your support (and infinite patience)!
