Uluru is pretty prominent if you are standing next to it... The numbers are conversion to Degrees, Minutes, Seconds...
Okay, so the coords "roughly" translate into the following locations: MT. RUSHMORE EIFFEL TOWER GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE ULURU HOLLYWOOD The "-Mt" seems to me the "code" wants the MT. taken off of RUSHMORE. The "-B" wants the BRIDGE taken off of GOLDEN GATE. And then I'm lost because I don't see any other B's. GGRUSHMORE ...?

The reason I think it ends with hollywood is because of the clue IX2END (9 to end). 9 letters to end. Hollywood has 9 letters. So if the beginning is GG and the end is HOLLYWOOD, what is the middle? An anagram of RUSHMORE EIFFEL and ULURU? *shrug*
