I really don't think it has anything to do with the numbers. I mean think about it. We can't even tell what they are. Most people don't have the software to zoom in and enhance the image. The possible combinations are almost limitless. I think it has to do with the text that appears during the video.

I changed my interpretation of the numbers...I had a few wrong

I see the number 35 repeats and is the only one that does so. However the first 35 looks like it could be a 39...I can't tell for sure.

Yup, I'm at a loss once again. Maybe this one has something to do with astronomy, what with the light posts on the street resembling some sort of constellation or something. But I know about as much about astronomy as I do about music...

Hey guys, did anyone take a look at the pattern of flashing squares and dots at the beginning of the video next to the big "4"?

 

I did, but I don't think it's anything. The series of squares kind of blends into one another (if that makes sense) and the video cuts to the main scene abruptly. Worth another look though maybe.

One very small thing I noticed...the media usually says "Video" games are bad, not "computer" games. This made me wonder if we were dealing with musical notes again, as in maybe the first letter of every word in the last sentence was a note, But then "O" is not a musical note.

However, the word "computer" was used deliberately I think...why, I do not know.

* There are some strange sounds in the first 3 sec of video

I noticed the computer thing too, which is another reason why I think the answer has to do with the text. But I doubt they'd take the note route again. This is entirely new. Those 4 words... Maybe Peggle'll help me thing

Well...if one word is spelled wrong and one word is not even a word...then it would seem that "computer games" are in fact rotting the brain....sort of. I did a google search and it brought up results on literacy rates?
