Gosh this is really getting held back, Come on 3 more people, Halfbrick prizes (Why wouldnt you want to win them), When i get 3 more i can finish the fixtures of and we can get playing.
Because it is a knockout tournament. And i need 32 teams to make it fair. 16 matches first Round 8 second 4 third 2 fourth 1 Final At the moment it is 29 and that would not work out.
??? That would not be fair on the teams who play in the first round and get eliminated. Its a knockout tournament a bit like that of the world cup. Basically everyone plays in the first round, those who progress go through to the next round. Those who don't are eliminated. We cant have everyone play in the first round if we have 29players. It would mean one person does not play. Which is not fair on everyone else. The only possible way is to have 32 players, We are 3 away hopefully in the next few hours some more sign up so we can get started.
Does it really have to be so fair? I'm fine with someone else not playing in the first round, people use byes all the time. Run it how you want though. We're just offering because we want to get this started.
When? Is there any specific time for the games to start or do we just challenge anyone who is in the touenament anytime today.
