Universal Fruit Ninja (by Halfbrick)

Well yes, there is retina display support to a point. Retina display support is literally changing every single asset in the game, it's not flicking a switch to say "Yes, we support retina". We've done as much as we can within reason for this update, and there are some huge improvements. I'm sure if you compare an iPhone 4 with the previous version to the new one there will be many noticeable differences.

 

Yeah I also don't have the new icon and I must admit this update certainly does look beautiful on the iPhone 4 just wish the icon was hd to look good on my home screen

 

i wish the fire blade's trail was longer. it feels much shorter than the other sword trails

Ahhh and by the way, I'm not sure if it was my eyes playing tricks on me or something, but it seemed that the fruits looked pretty sharp on the iPhone 4, I take it that they were updated with higher resolutions?

Got this game a while back and really enjoying it . Quick , simple , addictive and the devs are really dedicated in answering questions and making great updates !. Great job halfbrick !

 

For some reason the HD icon didn't work. It is most definitely in the game, we're investigating why it didn't show up, will definitely have it fixed for the next update

And yes, fruits are definitely sharper. It might be difficult to tell if you haven't played for a while and just updated, but if you see two iPhone 4's side by side, one with the new and one with the old, there will be major changes evident.

Sigh.. I can't get the fire blade.. No fruits cone up when times up for me... Anyone care to show me a screen shot of this glorious blade?

 

Keep attempting I got it last night. Well worth the trouble, I was slicing Passion Fruit also, which gave me the best background so far!

Hey nothing against new blades and backrouns and stuff but what about the new game mode thats been promised for so long? Any new news on that?

should increase the time while in Zen mode, with 90 sec (current) record for 90seg/120seg/180seg/240seg/300seg so would be beaten up in 1000 cut fruits

I got a red 1 on the icon that appears when you have a new email or update, when I closed out of the app. Whats with that?

 

It means you have a News Update that you haven't read yet from the game. Same thing happened to me, but when I reentered the app and checked the "Halfbrick News" thing at the main menu, the red 1 went away.
