Late to the party on this one, but having a blast playing. One thing... seems strange that OF says I'm "not ranked" on classic. I know I'm bad, but not THAT bad. Anyone else see this?
It's getting damn close to Doodle Jump though. Fruit Ninja is 13th in Top Grossing in the US, while Doodle Jump is 11th! We'll have to see what tomorrow might bring
Scratch that last one -- Fruit Ninja is now second in America, according to Appshopper at least! Took out Doodle Jump
So does the dragon fruit avoid your swipes? Wife says yes, but I dont recall that. Only had it once so I cant be sure.
Nope! Slice-able just like all the others. In other news, we scored the #2 spot in the USA, and #6 in top grossing. Which thankfully means we might be able to hit #1 at some point! Gamasutra had this to say: http://www.gamasutra.com/view/news/28792/Top_iPhone_Game_Apps_Battleship_Fruit_Ninja_Climb_Paid_Charts.php Also, we are #2 in Australia, but #3 in top grossing. It would be amazing to hit #1 in our home country!
I hope you guys make it. I actually haven't picked this up yet, believe it or not. I guess I should show some home support!
I hope you make it! I'm addicted to the game and can't wait for the new mode coming soon... Great work, I'm glad an app from Australia is number 2!
Can you share any tips how to achieve high scores? Right now I can slice 269 fruits in classic mode, but I'm not even ranked on the leaderboards.
it'll take a f*ckload of purchases to get fruit ninja up top because angry birds is not only top app, but also top grossing at only 99 cents! good luck though- also, this game plays AWESOME on an iPad.
Many congrats to Halfbrick for getting so high on so many charts. Well deserved indeed. What i would love to see, given that this success has probably yielded a fair amount of revenue for you, is an ipad version like Starpagga; just the one app that will work on the iphone or in HD on the ipad.
Sup y'all! Can someone let me know the Fruit Ninja rating in the USA on your iPhone? Looked like it might be 4.5 stars, but I hope it's still 5. We're in very elite company if we can keep our 5 star rating!
