I did the same but there is a glitch with the bombs on iPad where the fuse displays in a different location then the bomb itself and makes for really confusing gameplay.

Yay, just got 248 for Zen mode, rank 150 :) What's are everyone's scores?? I have to agree, Zen mode is just a little bit more fun. You know what would make this more relaxing to play?? Another mode could have the whole game slowed down, and fruits come from all four sides. Then you get one slice per wave to get as many as you can :)

Yeah, we've had reports of this, we'll fix it once the iPad is released in Australia.

It's a tough situation, with the release the iPad going over the top of all current games designed and tested for the iPhone, so naturally there will be some problems. Well, from Apple's standpoint there wasn't much of an option really, aside from giving every developer in the world an iPad before they were released. Obviously not viable, but it just causes a few issues here and there. Rest assured it will be taken care of!

Understood. I'm surprised I haven't had more problems really given how many apps work just upscaled. But if you want to wait fixing it so you can finish the iPad version that would be perfectly fine.:) (see what I did there).

I have bought very few if any iPhone games since I got the iPad but this was totally worth it. Great fun.

So is combo scoring just double points for that group of three or more fruit? I can appreciate this as a nice compromise so as not to completely screw over the scores folk have made in version 1.0 without the combos but any chance of making a more progressive scoring system in the future like the combo value squared or the deal where it, like I showed earlier, it uses sort of a progressive addition so that a combo x3 is 6, and a combo x4 is 10, etc? As it stands two combo x3 are worth more than a single but MUCH harder to achieve combo x5.

Yeah I figured a huge percentage of those were pirates.

But are the actual sales anywhere close to the 320,000 scores listed in OpenFeint?

After spending a few days with Zen Mode, I can say just one thing... THANK YOU!!

I don't know why slicing fruit is so charming/addictive/fascinating but, i've been linking together combos of fruit, trying to top my score of 211 for hours on end already. It just DOESN'T GET OLD!!

A big thank-you for you and the team for coming up with such a brilliant game. The addition of the Zen Mode has officially put you in ranks with Angry Birds, both of which are causing me extreme grief now since my wife as well as my mother keep snatching my iPod away from me to get 'just one more round' in.

Kudos to you - easily a game i'd be willing to shell out 5+ dollars on considering how much playing time i'm getting out of it.

I can't understand why because it's always the same thing but the more I play it the more I love it !
It's really cute for short sessions but I don't understand the plot of the zen mode. What challenges this mode adds ?

Well the 'zen' part of it should be a big hint. There isn't supposed to be any real challenges, its there so you can just slash fruit without worrying about bombs/lives. The countdown factor could be the challenge aspect I guess..

Challenge yourself to the number of combos you can make in the 90 second limit.

I started with scores of 150-160, and eventually made my way up to 211 by getting more and more 3, 4, 5 and 6-fruit combos.

Timing is everything, try it a few times and you'll find yourself getting hooked before you realize it.
