Scored a highscore when offline, but it seems openfient didn't register it. This is why openfient pisses me off. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Don't know if this has been discussed before, but have the developers considered combo scoring, such as gaining a bonus amount of points for slicing more than one fruit with one swipe?

Absolutely! We've thought of many ideas and have a plan for future updates, and this thread has also been a great resource for suggestions from the community. Every idea is considered and many even prototyped to see how it fits with the core gameplay.

We will be rolling out the second content update next week, and this will be a pretty major update in terms of offering new ways to slash and new additions to gameplay. I won't go into specifics just yet, but we are really excited!

    Keep the ideas coming!

Also - Germany rules. We have officially become to #1 selling app in the country, the first time we have topped an App store sales chart. We hope to follow that up with many more #1 positions real soon!

EDIT - Fruit Ninja was just overtaken in the charts by Gun Builder, totally not cool! Let's take it back!

Good job. My best was 407 but I lost it when I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Also for some reason it wasn't stored in the leaderboards. :(

Oh well, all the more reason to keep playing and to try and achieve a higher score. ;)

    Behind you!
I just got this game a couple of days ago. I love it, it is so addicting, but I have noticed that some of my swipes don't register, and I lose fruit. It also seems like the slice doesn't start right where my finger starts, which can be frustrating if you touch down your finger right on the fruit, but you don't get it because the actual slice starts after your finger passes over the fruit. I have also found it difficult to slice some fruits because they are overlapping with the bombs. I noticed that the bombs and fruits bounce off each other when in mid air, but if they enter the screen overlapping, many times I can't slash them quick enough because I have to wait for them to separate. This are very minor complaints that will not keep me from playing the game, but I wanted to bring them to the devs attention so they may be fixed. These fixes may already been in the works too, idk, just thought I'd speak up. I think I can speak for everyone here in saying that this game is awesome and we all want it to succeed, so keep up the great work :)

Just bought the game. A lot more fun than I thought it would be! Who knew slicing fruit in half could be so addicting?

Is there a way you get back your lives? I have sometimes been able to get my lives back but i didn't know how it happened?

    Hey, I have a suggestion
    When you get 100 kills..
Add an extra x spot (then the red Xs will get pushed to the back of the line)
maybe only 3 extra x spots will be made... and the rest of the 100 points will be rewarded with an x off as usual.

So it would reward both players who missed a fruit and people who didn't

I don't know if it's been suggested, but how about some kind of time manipulation? I think the ability to cut fruits in bullet-time or when time is stopped altogether would be pretty sweet :D

Yep, these issues have been raised earlier in the thread and we are most certainly working to ensure Fruit Ninja succeeds and is the best it can possibly be. Regarding your swiping issues, just restart your device and they should be fixed. Let me know if this works for you!

At the moment, Fruit Ninja is staying solid in the charts, and the bug fix update is still waiting for review. We're anxiously waiting for it, because it means once the update is live the game will run ultra smooth and ultra good on pretty much every device, helping our rating out!

All I hope for is that Fruit Ninja stays in the charts for this week, as the longer it stays the more people will play and enjoy the first major update. I'll obviously keep you posted, but I need everyone's help to keep spreading the word. I want Fruit Ninja to kick some serious ass!

One quick question that will decide if I buy this game.
When you cut a fruit, does it cut the way you went through it, or is it just a simple animated cut?
