u can get several bananas without many blitzs and almost no bananas with high blitz combo too. but if it depends than it's ok, good to know.
It definitely seems to me that when you get a good blitz going theres a greater chance of bananas showing up. It doesn't always work out, but definitely more often... However, the fact that rounds are only 60 seconds long and you can restart a round really quickly means htat the randomness of the bonuses isn't a big deal. The point of the game is that you need to be skilled enough to maximise the scoring potential of any round. I've had lots of rounds where I got scads of bananas falling and I just played crappy and ended up with a mediocre score. The challenge is in being ready to take advantage when the dice falls in your favor...
Actually, if you tap the screen rapidly during the bonus screen the whole thing should speed up so you can skip past much faster
Yeah, this is definitely true. When you have a blitz going, you have a much higher rate of FPS (Fruit Per Second ). The chances of a Banana spawning is directly tied to the fruit spawning, so more Fruit means more Bananas

Fruit rate is annoying I love Ninja Fruits. Probably the one game I have been spending the most time with on my iPhone. Not even just probably, it is the one game I have spent most time with. Although there is one thing that is really really annoying about this game: The fruit rate between game sessions differentiates too much. I agree that this is part of what keeps the player going and try it once again and again and again... However, it should not differentiate that much. It was already annoying in Zen Mode. In Arcade mode it is even worse. I can do a perfect game in Arcade mode: Blitz is on highest level and there is no Frenzy and no Freeze coming up. Hell, I cannot even keep the Blitz going, because there are only appearing like 2 bananas at a time or 1 + 2 bombs... All in all I score like a 400-500, that's it. Not one combo left out! In other games I get Frenzy Banana at the beginning, while getting a Freeze Banana in the Frenzy as a bonus and after this Frenzy I immediately get another one and in the end I score like 900+. I agree that there should be some random factor here, but at the moment it is just pure luck. Also there are Frenzy runs, where I can make like a 12-combo, but others where even a 7 is difficult.
^ yep, and the most annoying stuff are those random waves with only two fruits, if u get several of them in a row there is no chance to continue with blitz.
yea but if you have a blitz going on it increase the chance of having combo fruits. also halfbrick, any news?
Hmm... We have checks in there that you shouldn't ever be able to get those kind of waves twice in a row... its possible that there is a small glitch causing that to come up however. Will have to check it out. Not yet
well, i definitely have seen it twice in a row many times and than it's hard to get good scores. but some games are different, from the beginning frenzy and freeze bananas and scores around 1000 are possible.
