No iPod 4 support i thought I read earlier it was supported I was really hoping it would be and somewhere on the forums back there < you said it would be supported...
I'm not sure about the forum rules on this (you'd have to talk to a mod), but I think you would get more people from Touch Arcade as Kickstarter backers if either a) this thread title said something about it or b) you had a separate thread that was specifically announcing the Kickstarter/alpha testing. The only reason I found out about it was because I was lusting after Super Smash Bros. WiiU/3DS and then remembered the coverage of this game on the TA frontpage. My guess is that there are a lot of people here who would throw in $1-$10, but they have no idea there is a Kickstarter going on.
Well that's a bummer. I guess the only way to promote would be for those of us backing to add a link into our signature and then go wild commenting across the forums.
Hard to say right now. We will do all that we can to support the ipod 4. The issue is that the device is not powerful enough to support the game. Since the gameplay is online, player vs player focused, you may experience connectivity issues and slow gameplay with the ipod 4..
We are on schedule to submit to Apple for our Soft Launch approval by the end of next week. We are finally closing in on our release!
