That said I gave up because of some of the difficulty. There's been quite a few updates since then so maybe I'll give it another go. Don't expect it to be a Castlevania clone. It's got some of those elements, but its quite original on its own. caanerud Well-Known Member Mar 28, 2011 998 0 0 #4 caanerud, Jun 28, 2011 I haven't gotten very far yet, but it appears that IAP is pretty much required to upgrade your special powers. Screen scrolls way to fast to be able to adjust to not hitting the walls. Spent 40 minutes on that... Couldnt beat that stage and will take a long break from this game. medianotzu Well-Known Member Nov 21, 2009 3,803 9 36 #9 medianotzu, Jun 29, 2011 All you need is a bit of a memory. Rain1dog Well-Known Member Jul 31, 2010 870 0 16 #10 Rain1dog, Jun 29, 2011 Yeah, but it's frustrating... Maybe have the screen scroll a tad slower. It's not a lot of real estate to quickly navigate the extreme ups and downs. All in all a solid title. GabagoolGames Well-Known Member Oct 26, 2010 104 0 0 CEO/ Lead Developer Northern California #11 GabagoolGames, Jun 29, 2011 Good Feedback The randomly generated barrier checkpoint section is definitely the toughest. I think that's where most are having some trouble Rain1dog. I will slow it down for the next update for Normal mode. When you start seeing 3 barriers at once your almost at the next checkpoint. If you're still having trouble PM me and I'll let you in on a secret strategy to get past it with more ease. Good feedback though. Last think I want is people getting frustrated on Normal mode. Rain1dog Well-Known Member Jul 31, 2010 870 0 16 #12 Rain1dog, Jun 29, 2011 I finally managed to get past the stage. The game flowed so well throughout until I reached that stage, and hence the frustration. It could very well just be me and my inability to easily navigate that stage. But overall a very slick game and I have had quite a good time with it, thank you for allowing the game to be free for a period. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
