Just talked to Khim, our dev,she is fixing this issue and she told me that you should be able to redeem it just fine tomorrow evening at ~6pm (PST).

In the meantime, to avoid having this issue while it's being fixed, if you want to redeem a new item make sure to click the redeem button from the pop up right after selecting your prize.

Well freeappslots doesn't work very well. I won Infinity blade and Fieldrunners but it never gave me my prize, only gave me credits

 

Think about infinity Blade or Fieldrunners as cherries or bananas in a regular slot machine not as the actual prizes. If you get a match 3 you get a lot of credits (it depends on the type of match 3) and you can then go to the gift section ( the green gift icon on the home page) and there are lots of items to redeem such as NFS, GTA3, ipads etc...there is only one exception and it's when you hit all three ipods or iPads and in this case you get these prizes instantly.

We are adjusting all this to make it less confusing.

I think using apps is confusing as icons in the slot machine since you kind of expect to win the app if you match all. Plus there may be copyright issues later along the line. Personally i would just prefer fruit, way less confusing.

 

Still way too buggy. I'm missing 10,000 credits because I wasn't correctly rewarded when I matched 3 icons. 2 times from Infinity Blade and 1 Fragger.

 

Same here ... "won" 5k and 2k but doesn't show up in my totals.

 

Slots probabilities seem to have been tweaked. Won a total of 1k in 12 spins as opposed to 8-9k in 10 spins before

I would say you should hold off for now until they get everything straightened out.

 

But you can always remove the profile, so what's the harm? Unless, you're referring to getting everything smoother and more fluid..

 

I don't trust getting the correct number of points, losing spins, getting apps redeemed properly, the app is laggy and buggy, and the number of apps to redeem are small.

Fma, fad, ac, ge, and others are far better and all are solid. This slot service, not so much.
