    Quick question...can you earn points seperately on different devices with FAD like you could (or can?) with FMA?

    You have to provide them with an email, correct? Do they allow you to maintain separate pools of points?

    By the way, I've managed to occasionally get downloads from that seperate sponsor section to work. Unfortunately, one time it was for an app that showed up in the main FAD section two days later, for about triple the points :mad:

    I came here to kick ass and chew bubble gum I'm ou
    Send them a message on twitter it seems to work with getting them to respond because its public so they'll want it taken care of

  6. Wow, 52 pages of crap, haha, yeah, I was lucky I read it on my ipad.

    To answer your previous quesions,

    FAD is like FMA, you can use multiple devices, the apps redeem with codes right away, so you don't need an email.

    AC, you need an email, but can use multiple devices

    GE, you can only use device and you need an email

    AR, I am not sure since I haven't used it yet.

    Cheers.

  9. Yeah, from now on, I am going to use the following abbreviations

    FMA = Free My Apps
    FAD = Free App Daily
    GE = Gnome Escape
    AC = Appcasher
    AR = Appredeemer

    Would encourage others too for ease of use. Also, it would be nice if everyone posted the abbreviation of which service they are talking about because it is getting very confusing sometimes when people post and don't say which service they are talking about.

    I kind of do prefer using only one thread for all of these many services, but thought I would just try to come up with some consistent abbreviations. If anyone has any suggestions, please share.

    Just my 2 cents worth, even though they don't mean much, haha. ;)

    Has FMA added back any apps, or is it still 3000 points for a GC? I just don't have that kind of patience. I haven't been using FAD for long, but it's definitely reminiscent of the original FMA...you can save up, if you want, for a gift card, or grab apps when you feel like it. I think I've heard from some here that the value of sponsor apps on FMA has gone up, which would certainly make life easier.

    What I really miss on the old FMA is the surprise 780 (or close to that number) point apps that cost quite a bit more. Air Supremacy, Max Payne, Etc.

    I like app services that SURPRISE me. It's smart marketing too; when sites have unannounced promotions, people will be much more likely to check in regularly.

    I do like the fact that FAD has some out of the mainstream apps, such as super hexagon.

    I just can't believe the patience of some of you guys (and gals). I did manage to grab 30 bucks of GC's off of FMA, but only because I was saving for some Apple apps when they went GC only.

    Oh yeah, one last question: if some of you are using both FAD and FMA, I suppose it's possible to have multiple device profiles installed at once?

    Just wondering.. All these services seem to work only in US App Store. Are there no international ones?

    There probably are. Have you tried searching for these sites with your country code (for example .de, .kr, etc.) instead of .com?

  13. Good question, haha, I got no clue, but I kind of doubt it.

    Yeah, got all my points on GE, finally, maybe they saw my posts here. Good to see that finally got all my reviews approved! Good, GE has always and is still working as promised.

    Greyskull, FMA $10 itunes gc are still 3000 points.

    I too miss the FMA of old, it was so fun getting apps a long time ago. I really think their well has run dry. I suggest you move on, and go to GE or AC. Both are good, GE if you want apps, AC if you want gcs. I have kind of given up on FMA.

    FAD gives the most points, but they tend to have the least sponsors. But I like how their service is solid, no bugs, and apps redeem like they should. Some of the others, it is a guessing game whether you will get points or not.

    You can use all of the services on your idevices. FMA, FAD, and AC will let you use multiple devices. GE won't, but their service is unique so it is kind of fun, but it does require you to post reviews for the majority of points.

    Well, I think this answers to all the questions, if anyone has anymore let me know. Curious if any of you have tried AR before I jump in and use it.

    I quit FMA long ago, after I redeemed the 3 10 itunes GC's. I joined when I read the amoebabattles thread. Funny...I still haven;t installed that yet.

    Right now I'm FAD and GE. I'll have to check out AC. When I ran a search for it, though, the one of the first links led to a blog warning against using it. AC that is.

    Yeah, ignore the blog, it is probably the best one and the fastest to get points. It does take a little time to get your code, but never had a problem with their service. Sometimes they have a ton of sponsors, then you can get a $10 gc in one day if you are good. Give AC a try, it is legit.

    Just redeemed ski safari and one tap hero on GE with the points I got this week. Cool games I hope!

    I've redeemed $30 from appcasher so I'd say they're legit. The number of apps up for download might vary depending on where you live tho.

    Just cashed in 1250 goomies for Resident Evil-Platinum, so they definitely are keeping their internal database more up to date (it's on sale; I got it for the going exchange rate between goomies and 99 cent apps).

    I think I'll use Gnome Escape as my 99 cent app connection.

    I have FAD on two devices now. The web version on my 4S and the app on my old 3GS. The sponsor apps seem to DL without a problem on the 3GS. You know, the section called "sponsorpay", I believe. I would install the app on my 4GS, but when I try, it asks to install the device profile, and I'm worried I'll lose my points. Anyone have a solution for this?

    Then again, sponsorpay worked a few times on my 4S, so it could just be coincidental. It could also have to do w/ the older firmware on my 3GS (5.0.1 vs 5.1.1).

    Oh, I got my RE code immediately. Also had 4 app reviews accepted at once.

    I had one app reviewed after 5. This site has changed for the worse for some reason.
