That's odd. i just redeemed a $10 GC 2 hours ago with no problems.

 

I use 3780 points to get Kingdom rush Hd on Gnomeescape, they send me a code to my mail. When i redeem the code , it says that " this code has been used"!
I'm very frustrating now

Edit: i have found out the problem, the code is good and it's my fault

 

Did you send an email to their customer support? They usually answer back really fast. Try that and let us know what they say.

 

I've sent them a mail for a problem with glooms count, they had answered with a 'We'll fix the problem'. Problem is still there, where it was two weeks ago. Thanks

 

It happens to me sometimes..here what i do..try downloading any free app then after that kingdom rush hd and the free app will appear ..thats how u fix that problem

 

I send them a letter demand another code or give me back 3780 points , still no feedback, hope they will reply soon

How does gnome escape know if you've installed something? I haven't seen any mobile links on the web site, so I don't see how they could install a device profile.

 

I was wondering that myself. Maybe they can see that we redeemed the promo code?

 

First let me just state that I've stopped using FMA, which was the only service of this type I used. I've gotten Garage Band, Air Supremacy, Reactable Mobile, Max Payne, and more; as well as 30 bucks worth of gift cards by using multiple devices. It isn't worth it anymore for me; once they switched to gift cards, I just finished accumulating 3000 points on the various devices I was using. Before I began using them, I did my research, and found, to my satisfaction, that the service was being run by a large, well known marketing company.

So, any answers regarding who exactly is behind this gnome escape thing? It's easy (and tempting) to toss out your personal info, but impossible to turn back if you've made a mistake. I want to be sure that they are legitimate.

Beyond that, FMA had a clear reasoning behind their service; the sponsors increased their download count, therefore making them more likely to seen in the app store. They seem to be pretty successful, because most of the sponsors on FMA appear in the top charts.

FMA didn't need your info because it wasn't relevant to the service. So, has anyone thoroughly researched this service to see who is behind it, and how they use your information?

In fact it's totally my fault
The problem is that my iPad run out of space, and when i redeem the code , looks like i press redeem button 2 times so that of course App store say that the code has been used. The result is that i cannot download the game because there's no space left and thinking that it's because of the fake code

If that is what happened the game should be tied to your Apple ID now, so you should just be able to search for the game and install it without being charged.

The company is a startup that seems pretty new, and I'm not sure if they have the same backing as Fiksu does.

They seem to have a pretty good response team, so if you have any specific questions concerning privacy, they'll probably answer.

 

Hi, everyone! I have this problem.

I'm able to redeem normally free apps on Gnomeescape every Monday and Thursday. I read a few pages back that you are able to redeem other ios games with the gooms you have on your account that are not shown on the main webpage. You have to search for the game and click more info. I tried that and everytime I do that this message pops out: "Unable to open internet site, operation aborted." After this, I get this message: "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage."
Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

 

Anyone know why there's such a huge delay for points on FMA? It sometimes takes a whole day for the points to be added to my account - and yes, these are the ones that tell you to wait 30 seconds.

 

Another app on FAD for 1000 points! :O It's insane that all I have to do is install one app to get .99 cents!

I think FMA has been deteriorating lately from the stupid competitions on their Facebook page to the lack of new sponsors and some of them I can't even redeem
