As stated previously I installed snoopy much before FMA to get the points for juno then when trying to redeem the points for it again it didn't give me any. This is EXACTLY like installing it on an iPhone, getting the points, and then trying to install it on an iPad for instance, what's the difference? The iPhone "remembers" somehow that snoopy was installed on it? Isn't this against Apple's policy? NOT leaving anything behind after deletion? This happened not only with snoopy of course.
Uh...the difference is the UDID which I am pretty sure you said you know what it means. So yeah. And it doesn't leave anything behind yes. No files are left behind unlike normal pc installation but the fact is the game has been recorded on your udid. Simple way of putting it. It is like you ate ice cream. Your stomach digested it. No traces are left behind. But you KNOW that you ate it before. And if you still don't get it, for your case of iphone and ipad, take it as you and your twin as per what I said as an example.
Oops. I meant in Amazon GC. I just redeemed it on Amazon to cut down the cost from a camera case I bought. This is what happens when I post way past my bedtime. So to confirm, all the FMA fun earned me, over 4 devices, $27 in Gift Card credit. I previously redeemed about $15 in apps as well and missed out for a while due to some weird issues with FMA on my iPad.
Finally some sense into that 27 number. I will stop looking for the 2$ iTunes GC now Hope the wired issue id fixed. Thx man! @Wunderkind this proves I DO read carefully although you CAN teach an old dog new tricks.
LOL no, technically he made the wrong statement. $27 in itunes credit still does not equal to $27 GC.

Managed to get 2 $10 GC from FMA. Seems like you can redeem more then once on the same device if they go with this system.
It's a shame that they don't offer canadian iTunes GC. I guess I could always open a US iTunes account, but it's a little annoying....
Don't worry. They'll be back. It usually lapses for a day or two and they return, but it is frustrating when you want I like NOW. Well the way they system operates its probably going to be US only for some time. It makes sense for them, as that is where the majority of people do their app business. And although it's a bit annoying, more so if you have iTunes match. Then it's a miserable freaking experience and I may cut out from doing it on my phone, as I have to reload all my match content every time I sign back into my US iTunes account. I do wonder, has anyone tried to download an app from the Canadian store? Do you still get credited, or MUST it be from the US store? Maybe I'll try that.
I wan to confirm that your conclusion is completely wrong I have one US iTunes account and 4 devices. Each device I download apps on is using the same account. So either something you are doing is wrong, or the device you are using already downloaded the app at SOME point in the past. Even if you downloaded the first version a few years ago, if it was downloaded on the device with the same details (it checks UDID, serial number, etc) then you won't get credit. Now sometimes it just doesn't work. That happened to me a month or two ago, I upgraded to 5.1.1 and then all was good, I got credit again. So if you haven't downloaded the sponsor app before, and you are SURE of that on ANY account you use on the device, it may benefit you to restore and reinstall. When I did that, and I upgraded to the current OS, I returned to getting credits.

It's pure luck to snag a $10 card because everyone seems to have saved up for it and the selection is horrible and crazy expensive, so it's gone asnfastnas it goes up
