The free my apps update put ads when you start an app. Like you click on app and the ad shows up for like a second then goes away.

probably only possible if you've been collecting FMA points for a couple of years, and also have not used up any of them.

 

Ouch 15000 points, wow, it might take you close to a year to redeem it. Man, wish they would have $5 gc for itunes. Oh well, beggars can't be choosy I guess. Sigh

3 years or downloading apps for $50, sooooo worth it

 

Why even bother with a $50 card, unless they are still capping codes for a single product per device. I can't imagine too many people would've held off for so long or had 22.5k points to cover the $10 and $15 cards as well.

And it's gone. Did someone actually get the card?

I see 3 apps added back into the mix, with Draw Something, Camera+, and Words With Friends. Not that I'm interested in any of those, perhaps they are getting more apps in?

 

The 3 apps you said were "added" have been there from the start, they haven't added any apps that weren't gift cards in a loooong time

 

What ads? I have never got any weird stuff by using freemyapps.

 

Yes, I realize those were available for some time. I've noticed they were brought back after being gone for awhile. (Unless they are showing available apps differently by device)

I do realize this might not be anything groundbreaking either. I haven't seen anything I'd want to check out in a long time, though I did pick up a few I otherwise wouldn't have because they had a generous points to cost ratio.

Edit: I'm not really expecting anything new with apps, especially since they now act like Free My Apps Giftcards.

 

Anybody having trouble redeeming zynga slots? Cant get it to register on my 4s or the ipad 2.

 

Worked fine for me on the new ipad and iphone 4. Gave me points right away.
